The Rainbow Celebration Arrives on Club Penguin Island!

Hello Penguins,

As included in the new update was The Rainbow Celebration, one of the island's many parties, celebrating The Rainbow Migration Event where in such a phenomenon the rainbows go "north". It's science, penguins! Ask Gary...

Introduction and The Rainbow Celebration

Upon logging in, you will be greeted by this cutscene of Dot in Island Central, informing you of the Rainbow Celebration Event. Be sure to wave a flipper if you see her around the island! Alike in adventures, continue tapping through the dialogue once read.

What a wonderful time indeed! This issue shouldn't get in the way of festivities, however. Continue tapping through the dialogue for the solution!

The Migration Shop

Following Dot's dialogue, you'll be able to roam around the island. First off, let's check out The Migration Shop.

Upon pressing the orange action button at the sight, you'll be able to access The Migration Shop; hosting a variety of furniture and party supplies with each bursting a variety of colours. Simply tap on an item, select the quantity using the + and - buttons and tap buy!

Searching for Rainbow Geysers

Island Central features a variety of activities during the event, including some colourful rainbows and the highly sought-for Rainbow Drops, according to Dot. To collect these, wait for a message from your Island Live Phone like so.

The sky should turn dark, which should serve as an alert also!

If not in the zone, press the GO button and quickly waddle around the space for a light white circle on the ground. Quickly now, we are squished for time! They usually appear once every 6-10 minutes.

Aha! There is is - There are also sparkles coming from it, another way to identify them.

Stand on the spot and go up in the air, collecting the rainbow drop.

Ta-da! All done.

To collect your coins, go to the Beacon Boardwalk's Exchange and press the orange action button.

Tap TRADE IN ITEMS, and you're all good to go.

Decorated Zones

Beacon Boardwalk and Mt Blizzard have both decorated entries into the fully decked out Island Central zone. Fin-tastic!

Once in the zone, the colour almost hits you in the face (metaphorically). Look at all those dazzling shades of purple! Almost like a picture perfect sunset...

Expect LOTS of guides on this event throughout the next few weeks. It'll be a blast! In the mean time, I'll be enjoying some snacks.

What is your favourite part of this event? For me it'd have to be the atmosphere Let me know in the comments below.

Until next time, waddle on!
