Fantastic Feature: Reporting

Hello Penguins,

In today's Fantastic Feature, we discuss the importance of reporting-

BOOOO!
*Throws hot sauce bottles*
YOU. ARE. FAKE. NEWS.
*Closes tab*
ARE YOU MAD?!
*Giggles*
#NOTMYDISNEY

Let me finish, sheesh! The reporting and moderation systems on Club Penguin Island are two closely intertwined sectors of the game, which allow the world to be safe and happy game for any child.

The players send feedback in the form of reports to moderators; who along with having the responsibility of managing the chat of the game whilst interacting with other members of the community on the island, will place a ban on the offending penguin if necessary. These bans can range anywhere from 12 hours to permanent. If you are unsure of why a ban was placed, or believe that you's was done by accident (We're all only penguins, right?!), get a parent to contact support@clubpenguinisland.com

The game is still relatively new, and we should expect the team to still be ironing out bugs.

If you see a penguin ignoring Club Penguin Island's rules, you have the option to report the offending penguin. To do that, tap on the penguin's player card. Next, press the three ellipsis (...) icon next to the + ADD FRIEND button. From there, you'll be taken to another screen.

After that, press the report button.

Once you've done that, select the reason of reporting the penguin, and a report will be sent to a moderator to review. Finished!

Well, that concludes this post! Questions? Fire away in the comments!
